Arusha and Ngorongoro Tour Itinerary

Day 1
Our knowledgeable driving guide will greet you with open arms when you arrive at Kogatende Airstrip. Enjoy a full day of wildlife drives with an emphasis on the Great Migration in the Kogatende and Bologonja regions. A recent update claims that the Great Migration has reached the Northern Serengeti's Kogatende region and is preparing for the historic Masai River crossing. As they go into the Nyamalumbwa Plains and the Sand River, the herds are congregating along the river to the Gardenia Valley. Every year, enormous herds of grazers migrate across Northern Tanzania and Kenya in what is known as the Great Wildebeest Migration. In pursuit of lush pasture, more than two million gazelles, zebras, and wildebeest traverse the Masai Mara and Serengeti habitats.
Day 2
We go on a game drive after an early breakfast. Nestled between the Central Serengeti and Kenya's Masai Mara National Reserve to the north, the Northern Serengeti provides an opportunity to get away from the throng. Due to its remoteness and relative inaccessibility, this area of the park receives less people. Visitors that reach this region of the Serengeti will be rewarded with breathtaking scenery. The world's largest mammal migration is the 800-kilometer journey of the massive herd of wildebeest. The migration occurs at the same time when the short-grass plains' nutrient-rich grasses begin to turn green during the rainy season. These places are safer because it's easy to notice predators, which makes them perfect for calving.
Day 3
You're in for a treat if you're planning a safari from the Northern Serengeti National Park. After breakfast, spend the entire day wildlife driving in pursuit of migration crossing the Mara River. Numerous wildlife species can be found in the Serengeti National Park, including the big five—elephants, lions, rhinos, buffalos, and leopards—which are thought to be the hardest to hunt on foot. A safari in the Serengeti National Park may also reveal wildebeests, zebras, cheetahs, hippos, antelopes, impalas, and waterbuck, among other wildlife species. The largest natural display of its kind in Africa, if not the entire globe, is the yearly migration of two million ungulates, or wildebeest, across Serengeti National Park.
Day 4
Drive to the Central Serengeti for a game drive in the early morning. It is anticipated that the big migration will take place here between late July and mid-October, traveling across the well-known Mara River to Kenya's Maasai Mara reserve before returning to the Serengeti. There's a good chance you'll spot them crossing the river and assault them. The ideal spots to see a large pride of lions will be selected by our guides. You will be in the center of the migration, occasionally encircled by zebras that accompany the wildebeest and hippo pools. For dinner and an overnight accommodation before your safari in the crater the following day, you will travel to the Ngorongoro Highland.
Day 5
Once breakfast is finished, your driving guide will be prepared to come get you and begin your safari. There are many different kinds of animals in the Ngorongoro Crater, including the Big Five (cape buffalo, lion, leopard, rhinoceros, and elephant). In addition, antelopes, jackals, hyenas, zebras, gazelles, hippos, and wildebeest have been observed in the crater 12. Moreover, the crater is home to the densest lion population and the highest lion density worldwide. There are also uncommon black rhinos in the crater. The crater's sheer walls act as a natural barrier for giraffes, thus it's crucial to notice that they are not present inside. Once the game drive is over, you will be driven to the airport in Arusha to catch your departure.
